Spanish garnacha (the grape known as grenache in southern France) has become a go-to red wine value, thanks to its deep color and effusively juicy flavors. The Acentor is no exception. This is a young and grapey wine with only a few months’ time spent in oak to calm it down just a bit. Chill it slightly to rein it in further and emphasize its earthy qualities. It’s very popular in restaurants. ABV: 14.5 percent.
